By visiting front.ee webstore and/ or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

AUR Studio OÜ has the right to make changes to the following terms and conditions. All changes will be published on our website front.ee. If a client makes a purchase before the changes are made the previous terms and conditions apply to this purchase.


Selecting suitable goods and add them to Your basket by clicking “ADD TO BASKET”. 

To place the order You shall first go to your basket by clicking the basket icon at the right upper side of the page. Check that You have all the correct products You wanted in Your basket. If everything is correct click “PROCEED TO CHECK-OUT”.

On the checkout page fill all the needed fields and choose suitable shipping option and payment method. Then click “PLACE ORDER”


All the prices at front.ee web-store are displayed in Euros and include VAT.

Purchase sum shall be paid in full extent after the receipt of order confirmation and invoice. The sum includes both the product(s) price(s) and the shipping price. 

Receipt of an order will be confirmed electronically in relevant e-mail.

The order can be payed with banklink (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay) or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).


Domestic orders are shipped via Omniva or Smartpost parcel terminal selected by the Client.

International orders are shipped via Omniva mail service to the address marked by the Client.

The shipping cost will be added to the order. Shipping price depends on the dimensions and package volume and can vary depending on the delivery location. You will see the final price during the checkout process.

Goods are generally delivered in 3-7 business days, but in exceptional cases front.ee is entitled to deliver the goods in up to 30 business days.

If ordered goods cannot be delivered due to running out of stock, front.ee will inform you of the fact and return the paid sum (incl delivery costs) immediately, but not later than in 14 days from the receipt of notice.

The delivery times are valid from the time the full payment sum has reached the seller’s (AUR Studio OÜ) bank account. 

front.ee is not responsible if the delivery time is exceeded due to the postal service provider, if the product is handed over to the postal service provider at the right time by us.


You are entitled to withdraw from the agreement concluded in the web store front.ee in 14 days. In 14 days from the receipt of goods you can revise the goods and decide, if it is suitable for you.

Withdrawal from the agreement is possible with return of the goods with relevant application or via e-mail and phone.

Please remember that you shall pay any costs related to withdrawal (e.g. postal charges). Also to initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

In order to use the right of withdrawal, you shall open the product package carefully without damaging it.

If you want to return the goods in 14 days, you may try and study goods only in the same way as allowed in a regular store. Your liability will arise, if you have used an item in any other way than necessary for becoming convinced in the nature, properties and functioning of the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.


You are entitled to submit a claim to front.ee, if the goods purchased from the web store have a shortage or defect that existed already at the moment of transfer of the product.

If the received goods are defective, do not match the order, etc., then front.ee will also refund the delivery costs.

front.ee will remain liable for nonconformity of a product to the agreement conditions for two years from the delivery of the product to the purchaser.

You shall inform front.ee of any detected defect not later than in two months.

Please, stop using the product when You find it to be defective.

If an item purchased from the web store is defective, front.eewill repair or replace the item. All the postal charges regarding the faulty product are covered by front.ee. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, front.ee will return the purchase sum and postal charge and apologize.

If You find the purchased product to be defective we ask You to write submit a claim to our e-mail front@front.ee. In the e-mail mark the name of the buyer, contact phone no and a description of the defect. Order confirmation also has to be attached to the e-mail.

All complaints are looked through and the client will be contacted as soon as possible but not later that 14 days after receiving the complaint.

If an item purchased from the web store is defective, front.ee will repair or replace the item. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, front.ee will return the purchase sum and postal charge and apologize.

The returned item must also be returned in the original package.

Webstore front.ee will not be responsible if the defect to the product has occured due to the misuse by the client. 


If you are not satisfied with the behaviour of front.ee, we inform you that you can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection Board, if the value of a product purchased from the web store front.ee is at least 20 euros. Revision of a dispute in the committee is free of charge.


front.ee does not collect or process your personal data. To deliver orders, we submit your address and phone number to courier service companies specified on our web page.
